Service Coverage

Starting with education sector in 1999, over the last decade, ADSL has expanded its areas of activities in several sectors and is on its way to becoming a multi-sector consulting company. Currently, ADSL provides consulting services in these sectors:

• Education and Human Resources Development (educational planning, formal and non-formal education, post-literacy and continuing education, monitoring and evaluation, training)

• Health (health policy, health sector reforms, primary health care, health project implementation)

• Trade and Industry (trade, trade defense, SME, services sectors, sector studies, value chain, market studies, M&E etc.)

• Social Development (participatory planning & community development, social protection, human rights and access to justice)

• Policy Reform and Institutional Development (economic analysis, needs assessment, policy issues, planning, management, MIS, training, monitoring and evaluation)

• Environmental and Climate Change (environmental management, environmental impact assessment, environmental information system, air pollution, water and soil pollution, industrial pollution, environmental policies, environmental surveys, and environmental training and protection measures)

• Gender and WID (women empowerment, anti-trafficking, female scholarships and M&E, access and equity in primary and secondary education, women access to primary health care, gender streamlining of development projects, etc.)

• Agriculture (agriculture research, extension and management, agriculture education, training and transfer technology, farming systems, crop production, forestry, fishery, livestock, etc.)

• Rural Development (rural infrastructure, preparation, appraisal, micro-credit operation, management and cost recovery monitoring plan, formation of NGOs, cooperatives, community empowerment, strengthening local government, poverty alleviation particularly in the depressed areas)

• Other: labour market analysis, employment assessment, health and family planning, financial management, management information system, women in development.

ADSL provides a range of short and long term technical advisory services through international and national experts who participate in missions, projects, programs and studies, including:
